Juniper Berries are perhaps widely recognised as one of the main flavours in Gin. They are spicy aromatic, small purple berries and can be used fresh or dried. They are often used in marinades, casseroles and pates. They also add brilliant flavour when used with the strong taste of venison, wild duck and other wild animals.
