Lauren is one of our new recruits at Country Products joining in June of this year. Lauren has worked in the Food industry since leaving University with a degree in Food Technology. She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the food industry, having established her own Vegan Bakery Business 4 years ago. Lauren has also completed an MBA at Worcester University.
Laurens’s role in the business is to provide support for the Senior Management Team whilst developing her knowledge of all aspects of the business.
What’s your favourite board game?
Talisman and any other game that I can win.
When are you most inspired?
On my early morning walk with my dog Garrus.
If you could teach one subject in school what would it be?
English Lit but I would add in loads of Fantasy and Sci Fi into the curriculum.
What’s your favourite beverage?
At the moment cold fruity cider.
What is your favourite holiday?
Whitby, have been going there nearly every year since I can remember. It’s like a second home.
What is your favourite birthday cake?
Chocolate Fudge.
What is one thing you still have from your childhood?
A little white rabbit that I’ve had since I was born.
What is your favourite movie?
Legally Blonde.
What is something you can’t do?
Wait for anything. I have zero patience.
Favourite Country Products product?
One of my favourite comfort foods is Dhal made with Green Lentils and Toasted Cashews.
